The Majestic licence and the MIT licence on the code grant no rights to the OpenIPC name or logos. Nothing may suggest that OpenIPC endorses, certifies or is affiliated with a product or a company.
Partner status
Only participants in the OpenIPC Certified Partner program may call themselves official or certified OpenIPC partners.
On your product
Using the OpenIPC name or logo as product branding (on a device, its box, a listing or a firmware image) needs our written permission. We agree it case by case, so there is no fixed policy to publish: write to us with the product and how you would use the name.
