OpenIPC publishes firmware for the HiSilicon HI3520DV200, but not a bootloader for it. Both the guided installation and the ready-made flash image begin by writing an OpenIPC bootloader, so neither can be offered for this SoC. The firmware bundle below is the part that does exist.
