IP camera module IVG-85HF20PY-S (Hi3516Ev200 + IMX307)

A 2MP IP camera module based on the 1/2.8'' Sony IMX307 sensor and a new SoC from Hisilicon, the Hi3516Ev200, with h265 support, at 1920x1080 25 frames per second (real-time FullHD). It is used in outdoor and indoor cameras and performs excellently for both day and night video. The Sony IMX307 sensor has proven itself very well and is now widely used in many Xiongmai products, and the Hi3516Ev200 SoC not only lowered the final cost of the product but also improved its performance by reaching 25fps (realtime) compared with its predecessor (20fps with the Hi3516Ev100).

Note: this module has been discontinued. It is now replaced by IVG-G2s, built on the Goke gk7205v210 SoC (the Hi3516Ev200 is now produced under this name at a different fab) with the same Sony IMX307 sensor.

It is almost completely identical to the IPG-85HF20PYA-S module, but because of a shortage of "green" sensors the manufacturer switched to a different modification of the sensor, the Sony IMX307LQR (110 pin LGA), which differs only in its package and mounting type; the picture quality is identical. Unfortunately, because this sensor uses precious metals, the module is more expensive.
