IP camera module IVG-85HF30PS-ST (Hi3516Ev200 + SC4239P)
A 3MP IP camera module based on the new Smartsens SC4239P sensor and the Hisilicon Hi3516Ev200 SoC with h265 support. It is used in outdoor and indoor cameras for detailed surveillance and performs well for both day and night video. The Smartsens SC4239P sensor has better sensitivity than the SC5239, and the Hi3516Ev200 SoC delivers a 3MP 2304*1296@20fps or 2MP 1920*1080@25fps video stream.
Note: this module has been discontinued. It is now replaced by IVG-G4, built on the Goke gk7205v210 SoC (the Hi3516Ev200 is now produced under this name at a different fab) with the Smartsens SC5239s sensor.
The module replaced the IVG-85HF30PS-S and is an almost exact copy of it, except that the SC4239 sensor was replaced with the SC4239P; the picture quality is identical, but the IP module's firmware is different. There is an interesting change on the board: an additional connector has appeared (marked Reserved in the picture). In fact these are two UART ports, which can be used to connect additional equipment, for example GPS or a pan-tilt bracket.
