IP camera module IVG-85X20PS-S (XM530AI + SC307E)

A 2MP IP camera module based on the custom Smartsens SC307E sensor and the Xiongmai XM530AI SoC with h265 support, at 1920x1080 25 frames per second (real-time FullHD). It is used in budget outdoor and indoor cameras and performs well for both day and night video. The Smartsens SC307E sensor was ordered by Xiongmai from Smartsens specifically for its own products, and the in-house XM530AI SoC not only lowered the final cost of the product but also improved its performance by reaching 25fps (as opposed to 20fps with the Hi3516E SoC). The SC307E is made with an improved process compared with the SC2235P. By naming its custom sensor SC307E, XM hints at its kinship with the Sony IMX307. Although the sensor does not reach the quality of the original Sony, the night image is still decent, while the final cost of the product is considerably lower.
