IP camera module IPG-HP201NY-A (Hi3516Ev100 + IMX323)

2MP IP camera module. Sensor: 1/2.9'' Sony IMX323 CMOS image sensor; SoC: HiSilicon Hi3516Ev100 HD IP Camera SoC with h265 support; resolution 1920x1080 at 20 frames per second (24fps with the secondary stream disabled).

The module has a twin, the IPG-83HE20PY-S, with the same SoC and sensor but in a single-board design and without expansion board support.

Used in outdoor and indoor cameras; performs excellently when shooting both daytime and night-time video.

The IMX323 is a budget sensor from the Japanese company Sony Semiconductor. In picture quality it is slightly inferior to its predecessor, the IMX322 (already a classic), but it still outperforms most Chinese sensors.

The manufacturer states that the module supports two-way audio, an alarm input, and an expansion board with a MicroSD card and WiFi module (this feature is currently absent from the firmware but is expected soon).
